My 45 Day Fat Loss Transformation – How I Lost All My BodyFat and Got Rid of Love Handles!

Over the last 45 days i’ve been able to lose 13 lbs. of pure body fat and get rid of my love handles! It’s been a tough fat loss transformation – but I’ve been able to make it a lot easier by following the 6 rules that I came up with.

If you want to lose belly fat and have a drastic shredding transformation you need to pay attention to the details.

1. 10 x 9 Compound Progressive Overload

Perform 10 total sets of the 9 most important compound exercises every single week. Most importantly you need to keep track of your lifts every single week to ensure you are stronger or at the very least maintaining strength while losing body fat.Macros on Fleek!

My daily macros during my fat loss transformation was about 215 grams of protein, 230 grams of carbs, and 60 grams of fat. Don’t get caught up in the details, just focus on your weekly average!

3.My 5 Daily Fat Burners

The 5 daily fat burners that I too daily was organic apple cider vinegar, black coffee with cinnamon, green tea, club soda, BCAA’s and the Master Shredder Stack!

4. Depressed Friend with a Six Pack

This is all about who you surround yourself with! Surround yourself with people who are so fit that they would be depressed if they had just six pack abs. Your external influences will make or break your transformation.

5. How to burn fat in your sleep

This is all about the power of isometrics and resistance band work at night. Try to incorporate this into your daily regimen and you will dramatically boost your results during your fat loss transformation.

6. Cardio Deficit

Remember that food is the most anabolic thing in your body. You need to create a deficit from more than just starving yourself. HIIT cardio and fasted cardio 5-6 times per week is the fat loss recipe of success!
